Preparation Before Installation
Before installing the BMS protective board, it is crucial to ensure that the voltage, capacity, and internal resistance of the battery pack are properly matched. The voltage difference between battery sections should not exceed 0.05V, the internal resistance difference should not exceed 5mΩ, and the capacity difference should be less than 30mAh. Failure to meet these requirements may result in the battery pack being unable to charge properly.
Wiring Method
The wiring methods for the common ports of the Bisida BMS are as follows: B- connection to the battery pack negative, C- connection to the charging negative/output negative. All the positive electrodes are connected to the total positive pole from the battery pack.
