The 100BALANCE 40A to 500A Smart active balance BMS is compatible with strings from 4-8S /8-17S /8-24S. It can support Lifepo4 & Li-ion & LTO battery packs. The BMS features multiple channels of simultaneous communication.

There are two versions of the BMS: BT BMS and RS485/CAN+BT BMS. The Standard smart BMS is BT+ UART, while the Full-function smart BMS is BT+UART+RS485/CAN.

To use the WIFI module and the display at the same time, a special cable is required. Please order the SET, not separately. The WIFI transmission has no distance limitation and can fulfill multiple communication requirements. The PC Host can communicate via UART / RS485 / CAN (RS485 & CAN only for the full function BMS), the WIFI module can connect to the Mobile APP / IOT Cloud, and the GPS module can enable rental and exchange of power.

The BMS offers basic protection functions such as overcharge, over-discharge, over-current, short circuit, and temperature protection, as well as extra protection features like pre-charge, mis-connection, all-in, and parallel protection.

The BMS is compatible with Li-ion, LiFePO4, and LTO battery packs, with 4~8S, 8~17S, and 8~24S options. The cell sampling voltage range is 1.5V-4.9V, and the operating voltage is above 10V. The BMS uses active balancing and has a working power consumption of ≤1W and a sleep current of ≤1.5mA. The operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C.
