Smart Active Balance BMS for 4-8S Batteries

We focus on the development and application of active balancing technologies. Based on this technology, we have developed Battery Management Systems (BMS) with active-balancers, Active Balancers, and other products with equalization functions. This not only protects and manages the battery, but also adjusts the capacity difference of the battery pack in real-time, improving the issue of incomplete battery utilization due to differential pressure.

Our BMS products range from 40A to 500A, available in both Bluetooth (BT) and CAN communication versions. The BT BMS models include 40A-100A, while the CAN BMS models cover 150A, 200A-400A, and 500A. We also offer 40A-200A BT BMS & WIFI Sets, 40A-500A CAN BMS & WIFI Sets, CAN BMS & WIFI & 3.0LCD Sets, and CAN BMS & WIFI & 4.3LCD Sets.

Our 40A to 500A smart active balance BMS is compatible with 4-8S, 8-17S, and 8-24S battery strings for Lithium-ion, LiFePO4, and LTO chemistries. It features a 1A balance current and intelligent multi-string support. The standard smart BMS includes BT and UART, while the full-function smart BMS adds RS485/CAN communication.

To use the WIFI module and display simultaneously, a special cable is required, so we recommend purchasing the complete BMS SET. The WIFI module enables wireless communication with no distance limitations, catering to various requirements like mobile apps, IoT cloud, and GPS-based rental/exchange applications. Additionally, the BMS supports DI/DO for buzzers, heating modules, and key switches, as well as NTC sensors for temperature monitoring.

Our BMS offers comprehensive protection, including basic functions like overcharge, over-discharge, overcurrent, short-circuit, and temperature protection, as well as extra features like pre-charge, mis-connection, all-in, and parallel protection for enhanced safety.
